Get Awaza from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > Awaza - Pashto
Open the app, tap the microphone button, and speak in Pashto. Your words will be transcribed automatically!
Yes! Awaza works completely offline from the first launch. The Pashto AI model is bundled with the app — no download or internet connection required.
Add the Awaza keyboard under Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard, then switch to it in any app using the globe icon. The keyboard types Pashto characters directly. For voice dictation, open the main Awaza app.
Absolutely. All voice processing happens on your device with no internet connection required. We never send your audio or transcriptions to any server. Your dictations are stored locally and only you can access them.
Yes! Tap on any dictation in the History tab, then use the share button to copy or share the text to other apps.
Awaza uses the Whisper AI model fine-tuned for Pashto. Accuracy depends on clear speech, minimal background noise, and speaking at a moderate pace. Results are generally very good for conversational Pashto.
